Most days, multiple times a day, I get updates on Sarah's condition through Caring Bridge. Even though I don't know this family well at all, and I'm watching from a distance, the Lord has put them on my heart in a HUGE way. I not only pray for them, but I am inspired by them, and the Lord uses their walk mightily in my life.
Princess Sarah's treatment has been delayed due to an infection...it seems that is being worked out (the port was removed), but I'm sure prayer for a speedy resolution would be greatly appreciated.
There are many photos posted on the caring bridge site...but this one stood out to me...I can't help but be impacted by Alisha's countenance. The joy of the Lord is so obviously her strength! What a faithful God we serve!
